คุณยินยอมให้ SuperHR เก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง หมายเลข IP Address, ชื่อ, ที่อยู่ไปรษณีย์, อีเมล และข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจและการตลาดของ SuperHR

คุณต้องไม่ใช้ช่องทางบริการของบริษัทเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือต้องห้ามตามเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ คุณจะไม่กระทำการใดๆ ที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหาย หรือขัดขวางการใช้งานของบุคคลอื่น และต้องไม่พยายามเข้าถึงระบบคอมพิวเตอร์หรือเครือข่ายของบริษัทโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ไม่ว่าจะด้วยวิธีการแฮ็ก (Hacking) การเจาะรหัสผ่าน หรือวิธีการอื่นใด

เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้ให้ใช้บังคับและตีความตามกฎหมายของราชอาณาจักรไทย โดยไม่คำนึงถึงหลักการขัดกันของกฎหมาย และการใช้งานบริการของคุณไม่ได้ก่อให้เกิดความสัมพันธ์ในลักษณะการร่วมค้า หุ้นส่วน การจ้างงาน หรือตัวแทนระหว่างคุณกับ SuperHR แต่อย่างใด
